Do I need to stop the gym?
No. We need you to stop unsupervised anabolics.
Opioids and T?
Opioids suppress T. Pain and psych plans must talk to each other.
Do you start TRT on visit one?
Almost never. We need history and confirmatory morning labs.
Can I stay on my mill protocol?
Only if it is safe. Many are not.
Sleep apnea?
We screen. Treating apnea can change T and mood without TRT.
Do you evaluate menopause-related mood changes?
