Parking at 7603 Davie Road Extension is on site. North Miami Beach patients who drive 24 minutes should plan for weekday 9:00–17:00 hours; Saturday is by appointment only.
North Miami Beach sits in Miami-Dade County. County-level resources (crisis lines, hospital ERs, IOP programs) are discussed during Women's Hormone Therapy when a higher level of care is safer than outpatient titration.
Discuss mammography and cervical screening as primary-care tasks we will not skip mentioning.

Questions we hear about Women's Hormone Therapy
Do you prescribe HRT?
When indicated after history, labs, and risk counseling, and often in coordination with GYN. This is not a pellet mill.
Do you do pellets?
We do not run a pellet-first model. If a GYN uses them, we still require a psychiatric formulation.
What is PMDD?
A DSM-5-TR diagnosis with symptoms in the luteal phase that remit after menses. Timing matters.
Do you work with my OB/GYN?
With consent.
Crisis?
988 or ER. Especially for postpartum psychosis.
Can HRT replace my antidepressant?
Sometimes mood improves when sleep and vasomotor symptoms improve. Sometimes you still need a psychotropic. We do not promise a swap.
Can North Miami Beach residents use your Hollywood office?
Yes. Our Hollywood office is about 15 minutes from North Miami Beach via I-95. We also offer telehealth for routine medication management and follow-up appointments.
Do you understand immigration-related mental health challenges?
Yes. We see many patients dealing with adjustment stress, anxiety related to immigration experiences, and intergenerational trauma. Our evaluations consider these cultural and social factors alongside clinical symptoms.
