Functional labs (TSH with free T4/T3, ferritin, vitamin D, sex hormones, hs-CRP) are ordered when the history for Massage Therapy suggests a medical contributor. Normal labs do not rule out a DSM-5-TR diagnosis.

Crisis care is not provided after hours. Massage Therapy patients in acute danger are directed to 988 or an emergency department. Ongoing care resumes after medical stabilization.

Care is structured around validated instruments (PHQ-9, GAD-7, ASRS, MDQ) plus a clinical interview. Scores inform Massage Therapy; they do not replace it.
