Controlled-substance monitoring in Aventura
You should be able to name the drug, the target symptom, the main risks, and the next lab date.
What Medication Management actually includes
Best-practice med management is boring: lists, labs, and dates.
Booking a med check is booking a medical visit, not a vending machine.
DSM-5-TR framing for sleep med management
sleep med management still has to map to a problem on the list.
Antidepressants only after bipolar-spectrum screening.
A DSM-5-TR diagnosis that has an evidence-based pharmacologic option the patient wants to consider.
Perinatal prescribing only with risk-benefit counseling.
