What Medication Management actually includes
Antidepressant management includes adequate dose/duration, activation screening, and suicide-risk follow-up after initiation.
Leftover 'affordable refill' slugs are not a cash-pay promise.
Protocol elements we do not skip
Benzodiazepines: indication, duration limit, taper language.
Valproate: level, LFTs, CBC, pregnancy counseling.
MAOI diet and washout rules if that class is ever used.
Clozapine: ANC monitoring — we refer if we cannot meet the REMS cadence.

Can you help me taper?
Yes. Tapers are scheduled by drug class. Do not stop MAOIs, benzos, or paroxetine abruptly on your own.
Will I get a refill without a visit?
Not as a routine. Monitoring interval is part of the prescription.
Will you take over my current list?
After a diagnostic review. We do not rubber-stamp unsafe combinations.
Where is the office for in-person med checks?
